This Privacy Policy explains how ASPIRE TNPSC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account details — your name, email address, mobile number, and (if you use Google Sign-In) your Google profile picture.
• Payment details — we use Razorpay to process payments. We receive only the transaction status, order/payment IDs, and amount. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Device information — IP address and user-agent used to enforce the single-device policy and detect unusual activity.
• Usage logs — pages visited, lessons viewed, print and reprint requests, and timestamps.

2. How we use your information

• To create and operate your account.
• To deliver the PDFs you purchase and personalise each page with your name and mobile as a watermark.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To enforce the single-device login policy so purchased content isn't shared.
• To respond to support messages submitted through the Contact page.
• To send essential service emails (purchase confirmations, account notices). We do not send promotional email without your consent.

3. Who we share data with

We share the minimum information necessary with the following processors:

• Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Google — only if you choose Google Sign-In, limited to your public profile and email.
• Our email provider — to deliver transactional email.

We never sell your personal data.

4. Content watermarking

Every page of every purchased PDF is watermarked with your name, mobile number, and a timestamp. This is part of the service and helps us trace unauthorised redistribution. By purchasing a lesson you consent to this watermarking.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax and audit obligations.

7. Security

Passwords are stored using a one-way hash. PDFs are served from a private storage disk and delivered through short-lived signed URLs. Despite these safeguards, no system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private.

8. Your rights

• Update your name or mobile from your profile.
• Request deletion of your account — contact us and we will remove your personal data, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g., purchase invoices).

9. Children

Our service is intended for users aged 16 and above, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children below this age.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
