Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ASPIRE TNPSC ("we", "us", "our") and the PDF study material we sell. By creating an account or purchasing any content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Your account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must provide a valid mobile number; we watermark every printed page with it, so the number must belong to you.
  • Any activity under your account is considered your activity.
3. Single-device policy

Each account may be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device will sign you out of the previous one, or, if the previous session is still active, will require admin approval before access is granted. This is in place to prevent account sharing.

4. Purchases and pricing
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is complete only when Razorpay confirms a successful transaction.
  • A purchase grants you access to the specified lesson until the plan end date shown on the lesson page.
5. Refund policy

Because content is delivered instantly in digital form, all sales are final once access has been granted. Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • You were charged but access was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
  • A duplicate charge was made for the same purchase.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction via the Contact page.

6. Licence to content

Purchased PDFs are licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to view and print the content for your own study. You may not:

  • Share, upload, or redistribute the PDF or any part of it.
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the content.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, branding, or copyright notice.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to download content.
7. Watermarking

Every page viewed or printed is watermarked with your name, mobile number, and timestamp. You acknowledge and accept this. If any content bearing your identifying watermark is found circulating outside your personal use, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue any legal remedy available to us.

8. Printing

You may print each purchased unit once from the on-screen viewer. Additional reprints require admin approval through the Reprint Request flow. Downloads are disabled.

9. Prohibited conduct
  • Attempting to bypass watermarking, login, or single-device controls.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.
  • Using the service to violate any applicable law.
10. Content updates

We may update lesson content from time to time. If your access is active, you receive the latest version. If your access has expired, you continue to have access to the version that was current on the date your access ended.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or redistribute content. We may also discontinue the service at our discretion, in which case active users will be given reasonable notice.

12. Disclaimer

Study material is provided "as is" for exam preparation. We make no guarantee of exam results, nor do we claim any official affiliation with TNPSC or any government body.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
